My pulsar has Neva done this before? Can anybody please help? Why has my battery light come on wen I'm driving it stays on??

did you leave any lights on over night in car whaich has drained battery at all. Could be a fuse i dont htink it will be that serious. try charging your battery over night

battery light means the cars running off the battery, u will probably need a new alternator.

My girlfriends saxo did the same, the crank pulley had separated from the rubber dampener. If not its probably the alternator.

try tightening the alternator belt, if that doesn't work take the car to a garage to get the alternator voltage checked.

It's the beginning of the end... almost certainly the alternator is about to die. Happened to me, and I had to get a ride home in the cab of a tilt-tray truck.

Have a look at the alternator, sometimes one of the wires break off.

Thats what happened to me, so would check there

Cheers lads I sorted the problem the belt had started to perish around the outside of the belt and it slipped off the pulley!!
