im selling it as ive got too many projects and not enough time to start on any of them!!

the car is a black L reg gtir,

its fully stripped out with just a pair of seats and dash in the front. the loom has been trimmed down to bare essentials, with the ecu tucked up under the dash out the way.

the battery is also moved inside the car behind the passenger seat, with a cut off switch down in the passenger footwell.

car has a fmic and 17" multispoke wheels fitted. aswell as braided hoses front and rear.

the car is fitted with a standard engine which starts and runs good, pulls nice and strong aswell.

gearbox is an audi 6 speed unit, its fitted to the engine via a custom sandwich plate to allow it to bolt up.

the flywheel is custom unit which allows a standard audi clutch to be used. the gearbox is good for 600hp in standard form. audi transfer box is used.

gtir driveshafts are mated to the audi units. the engine and gearbox are lowered a bit in the enginebay.

the rear diff has been changed to an audi haldex unit. this has been fitted to the gtir rear subframe, but due to the size of the diff the gtir fueltank has been removed.

to finish this car-

exhaust needs finishing,
audi prop needs shortened and a centre bearing fitted. ( audi prop included)
fuel tank fitted ( it has a temporary tank fitted to allow it to run)
haldex controller needs bought and fitted ( this will allow the car to be run in fwd or 4wd)

the car owes me £1650, so thats what i want for it. if you want it finished its £2150
(controller not included)

ill stick i test on it for the second price.

ill also stick some pictures up over the weekend.

these gearboxes can handle up to 600hp in standard form, so its sensible one off conversion

Sad to see your selling it, I remember you telling the us about this on GTIROZ. It is an interesting combination for sure and I was looking to seeing pics when it was done. Best of luck with the sale :)
