Help missing Pulsar

Anybody know anything good or bad about a tuning company called Linden Special Vehicles formally DME Motorsports based in Northampton. Seem to be having difficulties getting my Pulsar GTIR back from supposed repairs.:?

I take it you have tried calling them with no avail?

Im guessing it was engine repairs not body work?

Had it 12 months been in for clutch, turbo, manifold and re map.
Just managed to get in contact again after DME went bust but getting very frustrated with delays and wondering if anyone else is having any probs

Dont mess around, get to the premises and take the car back whatever state its in. You never know nowadays with the credit crunch etc.

Sorry to say it but doesn't sound good especially with the "bust" comment.

definately would of been there after a couple of weeks if i couldnt of got hold of them on the blower! get to the workshop asap and take it. if theyre not there and have moved without you knowing then call the police ffs!!! your car has been stolen!

one of my friends knows a guy who used to work at DME he used to be one of the drift lot up @ silverstone, ,

he said they had no facitiltys to do re-maps, and they put out really shoddy work,

have you got it back yet???


If not i hope your making moves to get it back soon :fencing: :yield:

hey thanks for all ur help every 1 got myself down there asap the car s there but not done yet as he said wen i last spoke to him aparently the car wos dropping power on the final dyno runs so he had the lump out again to see wots goin on but he has three builds to do b4 he has a look at mine linden special vech has all the gear to do re map with a new 4wd rollin rd got some power graph s off him that say 400 bhp so will hav to post them 4 u to see the guy who own s it seems genuine an lookin like sum really nice work is coming out of there so lookin good cant wait to get in my r again !!!!!!!!! thanks again 4 the help all

unlles there a body shop mate i wouldn't judge the work that come out just by looking at it, as i said they are shoddy, and that comes from a very reliable source,( a guy who worked there, im not dropping any names)

I can print out a power graph sheet just by using microsift excel,

but seriously

12 months for any work on a gti-r

i'd expect a full carbon body, runnnig a quadrabizillion touques and and a jet engine for a starter motor, with NOS
