trev you could never keep away could ya. mines got a buggerd box but a good engine. i loved your scoob, but keeping a eye on your golf thread on BP.

trev, if your interested in daves motor then ive got a uprated gearbox for you if you want it. its been shotpeened and never caused me any problems when ive done a couple of the bigpower track days at snetterton which sadly is where daves gearbox came unstuck

My H plate will be up forsale within the next week, as i pick my new one up the morra.

Fully rebuilt bottom end using Nissan OEM parts, and ACL bearings, new rings fitted also.
Blueprint head gasket as the steel commetic gave in.
New nissan water hoses at back of block, the 2 big ones.
Head skimmed and pressure tested
Could do with getting re shimmed again, but still quiet
Thermal intake gasket
All water pipes on inlet and vacuum hoses that were not required removed.
Oil Catch can.
FMIC with lagged pipes in engine bay.
Goose exhaust
Fully rebuilt gearbox,

Engine and box lucky if done 2000 miles since i built it all up.

Tein HA coilovers

And it will have a set of 16" alloys with 4 good tyres

Rear passenger side arch is gubbed, and their is rust on the arches in usual places.

But engine and drive train are perfect, runs like a sweetie.

MOT`d and taxed till march.

Was going to break the car, but basically going to let it all go in the one for what i would get breaking the car.

it has 9 months test and 3 months tax still on it and looking for £1200 or offers as i just dont have the time or space anymore to give it the love it needs its just sits on my drive looking a bit sorry for itself would make a nice little project for someone

its a black pulsar on an L plate with a sunroof which i believe is quite rare?
uprated fuel pump (wallbro)
adjustable suspension - not coilovers
17" alloys with good tyres
mongoose exhaust (99% sure it mongoose will check)
turbo timer
uprated clutch (unknown make)
low mileage turbo just fitted
new battery
alarm and immobilised with cert
all seems mechanically sound i used it for two years running to aberdeen and back with no problems apart from the turbo going (now replaced)
clean interior
87k (will check tonight)
full 9 months MOT
3 months Tax

bad points
passenger side wing very rusty but I have another one in black ready to fit supplied by one of the affiliates on here
areas of rust appeared in the usual places around the rear arches and bottom of door
one hanger has snapped on the exhaust but I should have this fixed soon
aircon needs a re-gas
just changed to 17" so it tram lines a bit so could do with a 4 wheel alignment
