The 3071r is near enough bolt on, it’s not an issue to fit, can be very tight to block but that’s about it, You can tell just driving it flows better, from low down and through the revs, I Wouldn’t buy the 2871r

Brand new pistons here wosner 87mm in box £450

I prefer the rb box, especially running a bit of boost through it. I've still got 1 rb box sitting, they are hard to find now, must be worth a pretty pennies now.

I've got hi-spec one I'd sell but I want close to 10k, unfortunately people won't pay what it's worth at the moment, may break and put running gear in track shell I have. I have a yellow one going up for sale, nothing special spec wise usually mods 300bhp £4500 clean shell

I've got a 2871r away getting rebuilt which I'm putting up for sale when it comes back. Totally agree though, 3071r is the one to buy. It's just a better all round turbo and the extra torque you gain from it makes it such a better car.

I've had to do it in the past from changing clutches. Worth trying it as it only takes a few mins

Biting point can be adjusted at the peddal
