    can you take the pulley to a engineering shop and get it metal sprayed and machined. i have a similar problem at work when a seal wears a away the shaft, we get the shaft metal sprayed and dont get any further problems as it comes back hardend. cheaoer replacing a seal rather than a...

    heres mine, i did move the battery but could of left it if i wanted to. just 2x 3" 45degree elbows and some 3" silicone (and reducer for std turbo), didnt cost much to make found it all on ebay, cant remember how much it all cost me but wasnt exspensive no more than £60.

    Oil Filter / Sandwich / Oil cooler Problems!

    i built up my own oil cooler kit but did use a mocal thermo sandwhich plate, the oil filter does fit, when you screw it on at first it will foul slightly on the steering rack, but when you tighten it right up it clears.

    i went from 17's to 15's and it transformed the handling of the car. 17's for looks, 15's-16's for performance.

    i never had a prob there, he sorted out my mapping on my e-manage as it was extremley rich, and it ran great ever since. read some of the comments they are a bit worrying. what was your experience like LOZ

    the difference is in the seating on the cone, one is like inverted (bsp) and the other sticks out (jic) the threads are NEARLY the same on some sizes. your best to stick to BSP as its most widely used in this country anyway. i think jic stuff is used in japland. bsp jic its the best...
